NDEB Online Self -Assessment

The NDEB web-based self-assessment has been developed as a tool to help you gauge your ability to successfully complete the Assessment of Fundamental Knowledge.

The web-based self-assessment consists of 100 multiple choice questions. Upon completion, a tally of your responses (correct, incorrect, and unanswered) will be provided, along with some guidelines on how to proceed based on your score. These results are provided as a guideline only, and neither disqualify you from taking the Assessment nor guarantee that you will receive the minimum required test equated score on the Assessment.

Instructions
  1. Once you click on “Start the Evaluation” you will have 150 minutes to complete the assessment.
  2. You can only select one answer for each question. Once you have selected your answer click on “submit” to move to the next question. If you do not wish to answer the question immediately you may select the “save for later” button, which will enable you to return to this question at the end of the evaluation.
  3. You cannot move to a subsequent question unless you submit an answer or select “save for later”.
  4. You cannot use the “Back” button in your browser to return to previous answers. Once you have submitted your answer it is final.
  5. If you choose to quit the assessment prior to finishing, your answers will not be recorded.
  6. Once you have answered all the questions, you will be prompted to answer those that you selected to “save for later”. When all of the questions have been answered a display will appear with a recommendation based on your final score.
  7. If you do not complete the assessment within the 120 minute time limit you will be given a recommendation based on the answers you have provided.


Prior to commencing, you must read and indicate your understanding and acceptance of the statement regarding your self-assessment score by clicking on the box indicated below. You will then have 2.5 hours to complete this on-line self-assessment. Every question must be answered before you can move to the next; however, you may choose to add a question to a queue of questions that you can return to at the end. You may choose to end the quiz at any time. Good luck!
